Raised in Wayzata, Minnesota Kurt has become a Naples Native after having lived full-time in Naples Florida for the past 30 years. Kurt is a full-time professional Real Estate Broker with years of experience working for Buyers and Sellers and was the top agent for Florida’s Largest privately held Real Estate developer. Kurt personally has sold over 150 million in residential sales and has won several Top-Producer awards. Kurt is one of approximately 1700 real estate agents worldwide which holds the prestigious (CIPS)-Certified International Property Specialist designation and is also Trans National Referral Certified. Kurt is a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Certified International Property Specialist – CIPS, and an Accredited Buyers Representative. He is Discreet, Competent, and Knowledgeable, and is a very skilled negotiator.

Kurt Petersen originally from Wayzata Minnesota is the Broker for Blue Zone International Properties and has been a full time resident of Naples for the past 30 years.
Kurt was the number one producer for Florida’s Largest privately held developer and has years of experience in the Naples Real Estate market with approximately 200 million in successfully closed transactions. Kurt’s number one priority is that his customers/clients real estate transaction is completed with the least amount of complications and as efficiently as possible and that his customers feel comfortable in recommending Kurt to their family and friends. Kurt’s innovative and visionary thinking prompted him to begin setting up an International network of Associations and connections over a three year period for the purpose of marketing local properties globally.
